Any sizeable property portfolio requires intensive and careful management.

With over 1 million square foot of properties occupied by some 250 tenants, the demands and challenges are considerable. To this end, Howard Property Services has been formed to look after the portfolio and its occupants.

The in-house management team of 4 individuals are responsible for general asset management, professional Landlord and Tenant work as well as maintenance of the fabric of the estate. This management focus enables us to become closer to our tenants and understand their needs more fully.
