
The Howard Property Group has bought a major commercial site in Haverhill.
The prominent 6.5 acre site, which fronts the main A143 through the centre of the town, is just along from the nearly completed Haverhill Leisure Centre redevelopment. HPG Developments plans to immediately demolish the 170,000 sq ft of existing buildings which are now redundant but were previously occupied by office furniture manufacturer Project. Following demolition HPG will begin consulting with the local planning authority and occupiers to enable a planning application to redevelop the site to be made without delay.
