Joint Ventures

As well as undertaking developments alone, HPG Developments is keen to work with joint venture partners. The Company has recently completed a significant joint venture development deal working with London property Group, VALAD. A jv was formed to remediate and develop a 6.5 acre site in Hounslow. The project involved obtaining residential planning consent for what had been a major employment site in west London.

The Company has a history of successful joint ventures stretching back many decades. Indeed some such ventures exist today after more than 30 years! We pride ourselves on effective partnerships and ones that are based on integrity and openness.

We actively look to work with partners, be they other property companies, landowners or others where there is a mutual benefit in working together.
