Joint Ventures

As well as undertaking developments alone, HPG Developments is keen to work with joint venture partners. A recent initiative has been the formation of Howard Teesland Limited, a joint venture company with Teesland iDG Ltd. This joint venture, formed in 2005, targets large mixed-use development opportunities, usually sites that include an element of industrial.

The Company has a history of successful joint ventures stretching back many decades. Indeed some such ventures exist today after more than 30 years ! We pride ourselves on effective partnerships and ones that are based on integrity and openness.

We actively look to work with partners, be they other property companies, landowners or others where there is a mutual benefit in working together.
