Investment Requirements

Our property investments are located mostly within East Anglia, the Midlands, London and the South East. We continue to add new properties and these are usually in close proximity to good road networks and usually within strong regional centres.

Part of our current portfolio strategy involves identifying and acquiring existing developments or land that sits adjacent to existing assets. In this way, we are able to manage estates more efficiently, realise potential marriage value and provide more viable, longer term redevelopment opportunities.

The current portfolio consists of assets typically in the range of £5m - £30m, and includes retail shopping centres, distribution warehouse space, industrial estates, offices and some residential. The Group has always maintained a healthy balance between the various segments so as to avoid over exposure to any one single sector.

The property investments portfolio is segmented by value as follows: 40% retail, 28% industrial and warehousing, 18% offices and 14% mixed use and other property types. We manage in excess of 250 tenants who occupy over one million square feet of property which generates income in excess of £6m per annum.
