Investment Requirements

We periodically review our investment strategy and continually evaluate possible disposal options. Investments are typically sought in the £5-30m range .However we have a number of strategic alliances and other business partners who are able to work with us to procure larger schemes and opportunities through joint venture purchases.

The Company’s low gearing, healthy liquidity and overall balance sheet strength means that longer term investment decisions can be made .With a number of long-standing relationships in place with major funders, purchases are often funded through a combination of debt and equity.

The market is dynamic and we constantly evaluate our spread and mix of investments. We are able to re-orientate our portfolio as trends and trading conditions change, and we are always keen to look at new growth areas in the market. The ability to respond quickly to investment opportunities is one of our core strengths. We have our own in-house financing company, Airlite Finance, which facilitates investment.
