RAYNHAM ROAD PRE-LET COMPLETED

Edmundson Electrical Ltd has agreed terms on a new unit at Raynham Road Industrial Estate, Bishops Stortford.

The letting is part of a major redevelopment of the Estate by HPG Developments. Phase 1 of the scheme will consist of new industrial units totalling 12,180 sq ft with plans to develop a further 40,500 sq ft in the future.

Edmundson Electrical has taken a 15 year lease on a new 5,980 sq ft building which HPG Developments will start construction of during the first quarter of 2010.

Commenting on the deal, Jon Bloom, Property Manager at Edmundson, said. "We are delighted to have agreed terms on the new building.  We have been working closely with HPG to come up with a solution that dovetails in with our own company development plans. We are already very well established in the area and the new unit will provide us with the impetus to further develop our business activities and better serve customers throughout in the region."
