PROPERTY SERVICES AGREE NEW LEASES

January 2008

Howard Property Services reports completion of new leases for two companies at Olympus House, Werrington Centre, near Peterborough.

Existing tenants, Veterinary Business Development Ltd have expanded taking on an additional 718 sq ft and now occupy first floor offices totalling 3,150 sq ft.

Simon Messervy, Property Manager at Howard Property Services, commented. "Veterinary Business Development has been tenants for a number of years and we are delighted to have negotiated a new lease for an enlarged office suite. They have shown their commitment to the location and building by increasing office space."   The company has agreed a new 10 year deal with rent set at £31,500 pa exclusive.

In the same building, Howards have also completed a new letting to the Valuation Tribunal Service. They are taking Suite 17 which totals 1,805 sq ft at a rental of £18,050 pa. The Valuation Tribunal Service deals with appeals against business rates and council tax. The demise includes a hearing room where these appeals will be heard by an independent tribunal.

The Howard Property Group owns The Werrington Centre and earlier this year completed the £4m acquisition of Sundance House, a significant office building adjacent to the Centre.
